Der Drehantrieb Tritex II AC setzt neue Maßstäbe für hohe Leistung und geringe Größe. Diese Drehantriebe integrieren einen wechselstrombetriebenen Servoantrieb, einen digitalen Positionsregler und einen bürstenlosen Motor in einem kompakten, abgedichteten Gehäuse. Durch die Kombination der neuesten elektronischen Stromversorgungstechnologie mit fortschrittlicher Wärmemanagementmodellierung sind diese Drehantriebe programmierbar, leistungsstark und präzise. Sie bieten eine überlegene Lösung für Anwendungen, die von einem kompakten und vollständig integrierten Gerät profitieren können.
Tritex II Rotationsmotoren und Getriebemotoren bieten konsequent ein hohes Ansprechverhalten und präzise Steuerung. Mit Ihrem PC können Sie den Aktuator schnell und einfach so programmieren, dass er einem analogen Signal (entweder Spannung oder Strom) folgt, das Ihr bevorzugtes Drehmoment, Ihre Geschwindigkeit oder Ihre bevorzugte Position darstellt. Übersetzungen von 4:1 bis 100:1 bieten ausreichend Leistung, um eine Vielzahl von Anwendungen zu erfüllen, die einen hohen Turndown und eine hohe Genauigkeit erfordern. Schließlich können Sie vorhandene elektrische, hydraulische oder pneumatische Systeme problemlos ersetzen, ohne Kompromisse bei Leistung und Leistung eingehen zu müssen.
Exlar Drehantriebe übertreffen nicht nur konkurrierende Technologien, sie gehören auch zu den leistungsdichtesten Servogeräten auf dem Markt. Der Servoantrieb und der digitale Positionierer sind in einem einzigen, abgedichteten Gehäuse untergebracht, wodurch der Platzbedarf reduziert und die Lebensdauer verlängert wird. Auch das integrale Design reduziert die Installationskosten und den Platzbedarf im Schaltschrank und eliminiert teure, wartungsintensive Servokabel und Signalprobleme über große Entfernungen.
